A fine Nutritional value of our body system helps in determining our command to sustain. Nutrition is vital for the growth and advance of your body and mind. Superior amount of nutrition gives sound resistant practice to your body which helps in averting disease and other disorders. According to WHO, daily ingestion of good nutrients provides a healthy living that makes you more creative to fight hunger and poverty.

Classification of nutrients

Nutrients can be broadly classified into two groups- : macro- nutrients and micro- nutrients.
I.Macro- nutrients- Carbohydrates, Fats and Protein
II.Micro- nutrients- Minerals and Vitamins

Macro- nutrients provides structural substance to the body. This takes in amino acids and lipids that help in constructing protein and cell membranes respectively. Molecules of carbohydrates and fats have atoms of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen. But a protein has nitrogen in adding to carbon, hydrogen and oxygen.

It is been detected that no lone food can compliment our essential diet, hence it is critical that we intake a diversity of food items. It is said to be five main food sets:

Fruits
Vegetables
Cereal and pulses
Dairy
Poultry, fish and meat products

You can settle your nutrients with such mixed items of food. The sufficient amount of nutrition always warrants a proper health to you. They play essential role in building the mental strength as well.

Nutrients affected diseases

Over nutrition- Consuming unwarranted nutrients and not as much of exercise end results in deposit of fats. This triggers obesity which is the dominant problem of many countries.

Deficit nutrition- Disease like kwashiorkor, malnutrition, metal retardation and marasmus crops up due to lack of proteins, fats and carbohydrates. In addition, deficiency in following nutrients results in particular diseases-

i.Calcium- Osteoporosis, rickets and tetany.
ii.Vitamin B1 ( thiamine)- beriberi
iii.Vitamin C- scurvy
iv.Iron- iron deficiency anaemia
v.Zinc- growth retardation
vi.Iodine- iodine deficiency

The obligation of sufficient nutrients has mounted as our children seem to require attentiveness nowadays. You may spot their poor performance and insensitive respond in school activities.  Many child health nuisance are ingrained in their indispensable diet which is normally full of junk and canned food.
